Meet Lily

I’m a former lead school psychologist, and more importantly someone who used to struggle severely with driving anxiety.

I had my first panic attack while driving on the freeway in Los Angeles. I then spent the next 7 years struggling with driving anxiety.

I tried SO many things to help my driving anxiety and panic attacks- cognitive behavioral therapy, tapping, hypnosis, neurofeedback, meditation and mindfulness, medication, mantras, and more.
