What if you never had to struggle with anxiety again?
If you’re ready to have freedom from anxiety, panic, dissociation, and intrusive thoughts in 90 days or less - the Peace from within Community is for you.
Tell me if this sounds like you….
Your life is being taken over by anxiety. You regularly experience feelings of panic, and worry that seem illogical and intrusive thoughts that make you wonder, “Am I going crazy?”
You’re afraid to do everyday things like drive, hang out with friends, leave the house, stay home alone with your kids, use knives in the kitchen, watch your favorite TV shows, or listen to podcasts because you’re afraid of being triggered
You’ve gone down the rabbit hole of trying to “fix” your anxiety and fears by positive thinking, a drawn-out morning and evening routine, traditional therapy, mindset work, breathwork, tapping, changing your diet by eliminating caffeine and alcohol, EMDR, CBT, neurofeedback, somatic, and the like.
You feel like your relationships are impacted by your anxiety, and you’re putting tons of pressure on yourself to be less anxious, but that only seems to make matters worse
Or maybe you’re thinking, “I’m not AS anxious anymore, but I’m still not where I want to be”. You know more freedom, peace, and calm is available to you and you’re ready to feel a zest for life again!
Now, what if there was a way to have freedom from anxiety without more time-consuming “tactics” that don’t seem to create lasting results?
Anxiety feels like front page news in your life right now - it's the first thing you think about when you wake up and it consumes you're entire day.
But what if...
Anxiety could feel like a 1st class flight to your favorite vacation spot.
Yeah, you might feel a few bumps on the flight, but you know it's totally okay as you sip your second glass of sparkling wine and relax while the flight attendant asks you "would you love another?"
Imagine feeling happy and carefree like you used to before anxiety started to take over your life.
What if, when anxiety DID show up, it wasn’t a problem?
You’re ready to have your energy back
and no longer spend time thinking about
panic, anxiety, and worry.
Instead of thinking about your life,
you’re IN your life and living with ease.
You’re probably thinking,
“This is too good to be true.
I’ve tried everything… what if this doesn’t work?”
But deep down, you know that you’re meant to feel at peace, you’re capable of healing, and you’re ready to do it now.
The Peace from Within Community is the answer you’ve been searching for.

Who is Lily?
If we haven’t met yet, Hi! I’m Lily.
I've been in the mental health field for over 17 years, with my career starting as a school psychologist. During that time I struggled with anxiety, panic, and OCD for seven long years.
You name it, I tried it- CBT, neurofeedback, somatic therapy, yoga therapy, essential oils, somatic therapy, acupuncture, CBD, tapping, crystals, law of attraction, etc. Some things provided a little relief, but nothing was long lasting and often I found myself obsessing and thinking even more. In 2018, I discovered a transformative approach that not only finally brought me lasting relief but also illuminated a new way to help others. This journey made me realize that none of us are broken and that peace is possible for everyone regardless of their past or present circumstances. Since then, I've dedicated my business to helping see how simple feeling good actually is.
Most of the people who work with me have tried so many techniques only to feel overwhelmed and misunderstood. My mission is clear - to guide people along a simpler path toward embracing their true selves, finding freedom and enjoying their lives.
My qualifications include a degree in Psychology and a Master's in Educational Psychology with a PPS in School Psychology. I'm a registered practitioner with the Three Principles Global Community, and I've completed various training programs, including Dr. Bill Pettit's ALERT Mentoring Program and mentorship with George and Linda Pransky. Presently, I'm engaged in an advanced practitioner development program with Aaron Turner of One Thought, which is further enhancing my coaching abilities.
I've also immersed myself in programs led by renowned figures in the field such as Michael Neill and Sarie Taylor, enriching my capacity to help others discover simplicity and relief from anxiety.
What sets my membership apart is that I have extensive personal and professional experience with anxiety, panic, and OCD. I understand these challenges from the inside out. After decades of trying various methods, I've distilled the most reliable, effortless, and sustainable approach to living in mental wellbeing.
Why did I create this?
The truth is, every human being possesses the capacity for mental well-being, no matter their circumstances, genetics, or past experiences. It's an inherent aspect of who we are. Understanding this can be a game-changer.
When you realize that anxiety, no matter how long you've experienced it, is created through your thoughts in the moment, the belief that you are mentally ill or broken starts to crumble.
There’s more to our mental health than just addressing symptoms or problems. Embracing the concept of innate mental health can lead to a transformative shift in how you perceive anxiety and yourself. It opens up new possibilities for genuine healing and growth, showing you that you are not broken.

Yes! So many people who have had freedom from anxiety, panic, and OCD have experienced trauma. Traumas can remain in our memories and even come to mind and yet have little or no impact on our lives when we have the requisite understanding.
Jessica's Story of Hope is a powerful testament to the resilience of the human spirit! She experienced every subtype of OCD imaginable, from harm thoughts and fears of being in a coma, to believing she had lost her mind, was under a curse, or was too broken from childhood trauma. Despite lots of creative intrusive thoughts, physical symptoms, and derealization, Jessica found her way back to wellbeing and a peaceful mind.

Most people skip the live sessions, but some enjoy catching up with the recordings later. Feel free to choose what works best for you and your journey!
