Freedom from
Derealization and Depersonalization

Learn how anxiety sufferers everywhere are letting go of DPDR for good in 4 simple steps

I’ve worked with thousands of people who have struggled with Derealization and Depersonalization (DPDR).

Many of these clients come to me saying they feel disconnected.
Their world just doesn’t feel real.

When they see themselves in the mirror, they get a strange feeling
- almost as if they can’t trust their reflection and it scares them.

They struggle with existential thoughts such as “What’s the meaning of life?” or “What happens when I die?”

These thoughts tend to stick with them and feel terrifying and uncomfortable.

Other clients tell me that life feels like a video game and their terrified that they’re
on the edge of losing their minds or losing all control.

This experience is actually more common than you may think, and it’s called DPDR.

The symptoms you experience may vary, but the steps to move past them are the same.

No matter what symptoms you’re experiencing…

Be it feeling numb and robotic and distant from the ones you love,

Or struggling with out-of-body experiences or a general feeling of floating through life,

There is a simple way to achieve permanent freedom from DPDR.

Take a moment to go on a little journey with me…

Imagine it’s a few weeks or months from now and your life has done a total 180.

Instead of staying home and being afraid to leave the house, you’re planning your first vacation with your family in years - and you’re truly excited about it.

You’re looking back in total AWE of how your life feels and looks…

Imagine this:
You wake up, and instead of feeling dread, you feel calm and present. You get your kids ready for the day, laughing at their silly jokes, fully there in the moment. The fear and tension that used to grip you are gone. You’re free to enjoy your life, no longer held back by anxiety or DPDR.

Picture this:
You’re at a party chatting and laughing with friends. You feel confident, light, and connected to the people around you. No overthinking, no second-guessing—just you being yourself. Making plans for the next outing feels fun, not overwhelming. You’ve rediscovered the joy of socializing, and it feels so natural.

Envision this:
You feel a bit disassociated, but it doesn’t bother you anymore because you know it doesn’t mean anything. You make yourself a nice hot cappuccino on a beautiful winter day, trusting that you’ll feel a little more energetic soon—and even if you don’t, you’re perfectly okay as you are.

This reality?

Isn’t a dream or something only available to people who have never experienced DPDR.

It’s actually closer than you think and available to you now.

Inside this hour-long, instant-access training,
you’re going to learn the 4 simple steps to break free from DPDR for good.

Meet Lily

I’m a former lead school psychologist and, more importantly, someone who personally experienced derealization and depersonalization (DPDR).

For years, I didn’t even know that’s what I was going through. My first panic attack in 2011 left me feeling like I was on the verge of losing my mind. My psychiatrist told me it was just a panic attack, but I became convinced it was the start of something far worse.

I didn’t realize that those unsettling feelings of detachment were common anxiety symptoms. I thought they meant something was deeply wrong with me. I believed I had to work relentlessly to “fix” myself—thinking that if I didn’t catch it early, I’d spiral into insanity.

So, I tried everything—cognitive behavioral therapy, tapping, hypnosis, neurofeedback, meditation, mindfulness, medication, mantras, and more. Some helped temporarily, but nothing brought lasting relief. In hindsight, all my effort and vigilance were actually keeping the anxiety and DPDR alive.

Everything changed when I discovered the Three Principles understanding. It completely transformed how I saw my experience, and for the first time, I found true freedom from anxiety and DPDR.

Now, I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with you—because if I can find peace and clarity after years of struggle, I know it’s possible for you too.

  • Yes! No matter how long you’ve dealt with DPDR there’s always hope. I struggled with DPDR for 7 years and tried everything from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to meditation, tapping, crystals, and more. Once I came into the three principles conversation, my DPDR started to be less intense and shorter. Today, I never experience DPDR.
