Peaceful Sleep
(Bye Sleep Anxiety)
Not matter how long you’ve had trouble sleeping, there is hope! I created an amazing two-hour video all about how to sleep peacefully and let sleep anxiety fall away.
This video also comes with an hour-long video about the keys to peace that gave me lasting freedom from anxiety, panic, & ocd.
This is for you if you:
✔️Think sleep is important for mental health, but find yourself even more anxious now when you’re not sleeping.
✔️Focus on how many hours of sleep you get bc feel scared of not getting enough sleep because you could be anxious, panic, or lose control.
✔️Fear that lack of sleep will negatively impact your health (but then you put pressure on sleep and find yourself awake and anxious)
✔️Find yourself hyper-focusing on your heartbeat and breathing and worry you’ll die in your sleep.
✔️Have tried A LOT of techniques but are still struggling.
✔️Feel alone and confused at what to do next.
After watching you should:
✨Have a better understanding of what’s needed for a good night’s sleep.
✨Feel less alone and confused.
✨Have a better understanding of how to handle intrusive dreams and nightmares.
✨Understand what to do about a nocturnal panic attack.
✨Feel safe relaxing and being peaceful and sleeping.
✨Feel less anxious about sleep.
Hi, I’m Lily!
I’m a former lead school psychologist, and more importantly someone who used to struggle severely with sleep anxiety (and general anxiety, panic, and OCD).
I tried SO many things to help my mental health- trying to biohack the shit out of my life, find the perfect bedtime routine, the perfect supplements, make my bedroom like a cave, avoid blue light for hours before bed, get electronics out of the bedroom, unplug the wifi, use a weighted blanket, stretch, meditate, have dim lighting, meditate, etc. All of this left me even more focused and anxious about sleep. A recipe for a sleepless night.
I was so afraid of not getting “enough” sleep because I thought that might make me anxious and have a panic attack or lose control. I would often cancel my day if I didn’t get enough sleep and then would be anxious about that.
Everything changed for me when I found the Three Principles understanding in 2018. I never imagined that I sleep so effortlessly and peacefully today and I’m so excited for you to feel the same way!
