In this lesson I cover how the human system is benevolent and beneficent (well meaning and resulting in good). I go over the stress response and common physical symptoms of anxiety.

This lesson covers some lesser talked about symptoms such as getting hyperfixated on your breathing & peeing. Also, derealization/depersonalization, fear of insanity, and sleep are covered.

This lesson is a deeper dive into what derealization & depersonalization are, what they feel like for others, and how to return to a feeling of peace and wellbeing.
