I was anxious all my life, but in 2011 it went to anxiety 2.0 after having a panic attack driving on the 10 freeway in Los Angeles. For the next 7 years, I was in hell and scared I was losing my mind (hello dpdr). I felt like I was doing everything “right”- meditating daily, all the therapy, “clean” eating, exercise, + more- but it wasn’t working. I felt broken and hopeless because I was also a school psychologist.

In 2018, I discovered the the Three Principles understanding. These deep philosophical principles showed me I wasn't broken; I needed to do less to feel better. Panic attacks, anxiety, obsessions, and intrusive thoughts faded away. In 2020, I became a coach to share this life-changing understanding.

What sets my coaching apart is my unique blend of personal and professional experience. I've navigated the journey from anxiety to peace myself, and for the past three years, I've dedicated my professional life to helping others facing similar challenges.
