Hi I’m Lily, I’m So Happy You’re Here!
I am a mother, former lead School Psychologist, and registered practitioner with the Three Principles Global Community (3PGC) specializing in helping people with anxiety. I used to struggle severely with anxiety, panic, and undiagnosed OCD. I was an anxious child who turned into an anxious teen, then young adult and mother. I never imagined I could feel as good as I do now. I thought that I just wasn’t as calm, easygoing, happy, and carefree as others.
I also felt justified in my anxiety and worry because someone has to be the worrier and keep everyone safe, right? I tried a lot of things to help my anxiety, but nothing was deep and long-lasting until I came across the Three Principles understanding in 2018. I realized I wasn’t broken and the only thing wrong with me was that I thought there was something wrong with me.
I learned that being less serious is the most responsible, loving, and natural way to be, and it is available to all of us.
When I started to take my thinking less seriously, everything shifted. I realized my default (yours too) is peacefulness, not anxiousness.
Today I’m a human being at peace with living life.
